Wir wurden sehr freundlich und nett von der Mama der Besitzerin begrüßt. Wir haben sie die Tage richtig ins Herz geschlossen. Sie wohnt im Erdgeschoss und so konnte man beim vorbeigehen eine kurze schöne Unterhaltung führen.
Die Besitzerin selbst war immer zu erreichen und hat schnell geantwortet.
Das Apartment selbst ist modern und bietet einen Wahnsinns Ausblick auf den Ort, Berge und das Meer.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Schöne Strände sind in 20-30 min erreichbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nicolo Apartamenti exceeded all our expectations! The view was stunning, the air was fresh, and the peacefulness of the area made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was absolutely spotless – you could tell every detail was taken care of with love and attention.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed – modern, clean, and practical. There was even a washing machine, which made our stay even more comfortable. It's a place where you feel right at home.
The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything. We truly felt welcome from the very first moment.
Without a doubt, this is the best value for money in the area. It was hard to leave – we completely fell in love with this place. We would come back to sleep here anytime!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.

We loved Piera - the nonna of the building and maybe even the town. Baunei is very small but it was really comfortable to stay here and to go to a boat tour from Santa Maria Naverese from here. The apartment is great, the beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is nice.
Just in case you have bad knees or struggle with stairs, the apartment is located on the third floor. But the view is very beautiful.
