The place had everything we needed, plus fun touches we didn’t expect. Beds were comfortable, the bar area added nice atmosphere, the outdoor shower was great, and the array of board games was fun. Would stay again.

This house was better than I expected it to be. The house was clean upon arrival. There were plenty of kitchen items to use for cooking. The outside area was wonderful. There was already some beach toys at the house and towels. Under the house in the carport area was a awesome hangout area with a little bar and full size fridge. We LOVED IT ! The only thing I would ask to be updated would be to have curtians on the windows in the bedrooms due to it getting really bright in the room really really early in the mornings. Also the mattress seems to have a little wear to them and seem to roll to the middle. I am not a super picky person, so these things I am listing to be updated are just an idea. We really enjoyed this house and it was better than the pictures listed ! The community also has a really nice pool and beach area on the sound to swim in that was great for the kiddos and myself . The water was WARM ! It was Awesome !

Beds are too soft, showers are getting soft. Needs a deep cleaning and details regarding linens need to be more descriptive.

The property was not clean and in need of some updates also we had to drive to go anywhere. Although it was a good vacation I probably wouldn't go back.
