3 bedroom, 2 bath home on quiet cul de sac. 25' of canal for boating, fishing, swimming, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Our home is updated throughout. There is 300 square foot deck overlooking canal attached to house and as of January 1, 2025 a new 200 + square foot deck at the canalfront. New granite in kitchen and tiled bathrooms. Newer fixtures, hardware, vanities throughout. Peloton bike added in the Fall of 2024. Colington Harbour community offers the following amenities only 1 mile from house:
*sound side swimming pool
*kiddy pool
*water aerobics and zumba
*sound side beach with pavilion & playground
*charcoal grills
*boat ramp
*tennis court
*waterfront gazebo with picnic tables and grills
$50 rental fee for day

The teacher’s lounge was the perfect family vacation! The owners were easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was beautiful and the backyard provide complete entertainment for the entire family. We made so many family memories here and will definitely return!

The house exceeded our expectations! The location was great 10 min drive to the beach access with bath house. We loved being on the water. Excellent sunset views from the neighborhood beach on the sound. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

Our family needed a place close to field for our travel softball player. House was fantastic. Great area, safe, clean & host was super easy to deal with. Very welcoming!
