About this house rental
A comfortable and family friendly home located in a gated community with an updated interior located in the popular Colington Harbour subdivision. W-fi is provided along with Dish TV in the family room, two bedrooms have tv's where you can use your subscriptions to Hulu, and other entertainment venues. The kitchen has granite countertops with new appliances with sturdy Pergo floors thru out. - Provided for guests: towels bath & beach, bed linens, coffee, paper products, bottled water, laundry products, and complementary toiletries.

Excellent location! Beautiful sunsets by the pool/ park! Everything was clean and well stocked even extras. Enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.

Great house at reasonable rate.T-Hasley is a great host and answered all my questions quickly, check in and out was super easy. Colington is a fun island, neighborhood was nice, a little busy, but it’s the season. The cleaning crew was not great, we cleaned the entire house upon arrival. The neighborhood Pool, harbor and sound access was really nice. The central AC is broken, so window units in every room, and a mini split in the main area, it kept the house very cool and comfortable. I did mow the lawn with provided mower due the grass being so high. Id stay again.

We all enjoyed our stay! Location was in a quiet neighborhood close to activities, food, and shopping. The children really enjoyed the pool and soundside beach!
