In a small complex of 15 apt. facing the seaside in a semi central position in Puerto del Carmen.
The apartment is at ground floor, veranda with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, the location is located at walking distance from the sea (5 minutes).
The Apartment is made by: 1 bedroom with two single bed, living room with Sofa', small kitchen, modern bathroom / shower, FREE WIFI, washing machine.
The Apartment's television has a TV Stick that guests can use with their amazon account to access streaming TV services.
Mostly of the services are available at 1 minute walkaway (bank, pharmacy, bike rent, shops, restaurant, bar) , supermarket in 5 minutes.
The complex overlooks the sea with a big and organized sundeck and the promenade and is 10 minutes from the main beach of Puerto del Carmen and downtown. Taxi and bus stop at 2 minutes walk.

We stayed at the property for three weeks, weather was good. Communication with stefina was great. The apartment itself was very quiet and no noise at night,But only one minute walk out of the complex and your on the main strip. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic small complex Los Arcos behind the kiosk on the main strip. Very quiet and never had issues accessing sunbeds. Apartment had everything we needed for our 11 night stay, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. Bed was very comfortable. The apartment was cleaned and bedding changed mid way through our stay which was appreciated. The complex was very well maintained and tidy. We had a great stay.

Love the location everything on your door step. Great wee bar at bottom of the step leading up to apartment. Bars are €1.50, sangria litre jug €8 sure you can't go wrong. No need to worry about noise your back enough you won't hear anything which makes this apartment/complex perfect location for your stay and Hassel free check-in and booking was very simple and stress free. Definitely recommend. Pool area was great plenty of sun beds never a rush to get a bed plenty free all day. Pool was great also nice and clean. Our second time staying at complex we really like it. Love that it's so close to everything.

Clean, comfortable,very well equipped property in the heart of Puerto del Carmen on a small quiet complex. We had a problem with the fridge, Stefania had a brand new one installed within 24hrs, brilliant.We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.
