About this apartment rental
Perfectly located 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo with 2,200 square feet all on one level. Spacious second floor unit with vaulted ceilings, large private decks, and spectacular views of the ocean, sound, and Jolly Roger Pier. Please note that this unit occupies the entire second floor of the building and is accessible by front or back stairs only. It does NOT have elevator access.
The comfortable living area leads to a covered deck with the most gorgeous sunrises over the pier. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain a crowd, and the sound-side dining table seats 8 with room for more at the bar. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with double sinks and separate toilet rooms. Linens (sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels) are included with every stay at no additional charge.
Soundside Master Bedroom: 1 queen, tub/shower combo
Middle bedroom: 1 queen, 1 triple twin bunk, tub/shower combo
Oceanside Master bedroom:1 king, walk-in shower, jetted tub,
Miles of quiet beach are just steps away via a private beach boardwalk with hose and shower access to keep the sand at bay. Walk to restaurants, fresh seafood, boating excursions, equipment rentals, shops, roller skating, miniature golf, ice cream and more! Historic City of Wilmington, NC is less than 1 hour away.

Perfect location for a girls trip! The space is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Prepare to bring some toilet paper and, as previous reviews have mentioned, you’ll be retrieving linens and towels in the carport in tubs and bringing them upstairs. This unit is up 2 flights of stairs, but it was worth it for the ocean view!

We were on the second floor (labeled B). It had great decor, lots of room, and a beautiful view! Would stay there again.

The Good
Proximity to beach and oceanview were fabulous.
Sleep # bed in ocean master was good.
Very tastefully decorated and lots of detailed woodwork.
Polywood deck furniture.
Lots of indoor seating.
The Bad
32 stairs up to the unit in spiral staircase format were not fun but the elevator is not for guest use.
Tile floors were sticky and dirty upon arrival - had not even been swept let alone wet-mopped.
Carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed.
Most of the furniture in living room was dirty - even had food embedded in some of it.
Washer had excessive black mold which we cleaned so we could use it. They should post a note for renters to leave the lid raised.
Rain showerhead in master was so clogged that water sprayed everywhere but down.
Back master bedroom had so much dust hanging from the ceiling fan that we used the middle room but the bed was not as nice as in the 2nd master.
Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived - likely due to it not working because the frame is bent and the door won't close. We saw this reported in an earlier review asked if it had been fixed - reply was 'yes'. We had to hand wash dishes. Almost everything we pulled from the cabinets was dirty.
No garbage disposal was frustrating.
We had 4 adults and though the pics showed 4 bar height chairs on the deck, one was broken and in the corner.
Deck had rotten board right in the middle.
This really is a beautiful place if some maintenance and cleaning were done.
