First Floor: The entry level features a welcoming entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor. The open-concept layout on this floor includes a stunning kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room, all designed with ample space for up to 10 guests. The kitchen boasts high-end finishes and is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy together. You’ll also find a laundry closet, and a spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bath for ultimate privacy. Step outside through any of the three sliding glass doors to a large porch with outdoor dining and rocking chairs, where you can savor the ocean breeze.
Second Floor: Head upstairs to find a cozy reading nook with large windows offering breathtaking sunset views. The second level includes three more beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full baths. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed with an en suite bath, Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids with a charming boat bed and a bunk bed with a trundle, providing a total of four twin beds. Bedroom 4 is ideal for families, offering a queen bed and a twin bed, along with its own en suite bath. Each of the three bedrooms has sliding glass doors leading to a spacious deck with ocean views. The deck is equipped with lounge chairs and a pub table with seating for four, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise, soak up some sun, or relax in the cool ocean breeze.

House is really nice, in excellent shape & in great neighborhood on the Southern part of the Island. There's a neighborhood pool/dock and it also has private beach access. Amenity wise the hosts really thought this out. There's a gazillion board card games, kitchen is very well equipped. Not to mention bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks and beach chairs and stuff in the garage. The location is key as your about a block away from everything on this end of the Island. So, restaurants, putt putt golf, roller rink etc are right "there" - you just walk down the street. Also close to the park, with pickle ball and outdoor concerts which are best enjoyed on the back deck of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - have family with homes on the island and would not hesitate to come back.
