About this house rental
This oceanfront home is designed for relaxation. Tranquil colors soothe the soul. The beach awaits at the door, and ocean views are seen from every bedroom of this 1/2 duplex. Restaurants, coffee shop, and shopping are all within a short walking distance. The Jolly Roger Pier offers food and great views. Come and enjoy. Fish or swim, walk or nap, read or just sit back and watch the surf roll in. Come fall in love with Topsail Beach and this wonderful house just as we did.

Perfect. This home was perfect for our party of 7. It truly felt like our home away from home. The kitchen was stocked, the host was responsive, and the location provides easy access to the beach as well as restaurants and entertainment. My kids have already requested a return trip to this property.

This property location is fantastic. Walking distance to all kinds of local shops and restaurants, a gorgeous beach and pier views and a local and responsive host. Only caveats: there are lots of steep stairs and people with mobility limitations would probably have a difficult time. Also the house is next door to the pier, and you do get some noise in the early am from people's cars coming and going. Those weren't a big deal to us, and loved having access to the hot tub. This was our 2nd stay at this property and we hope to return again.

Property was clean and very accommodating to our family needs. We loved the beach access and was great to be able to go back and forth throughout the day especially with our kids! Men on trip enjoyed surf and pier fishing! Pier was directly next door. Host was easy to communicate with!
