About this apartment rental
The Apartment has its own Private Entrance and facilities include a full kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with a freezer compartment. There is also a compact laundry including washing machine and dryer.
The Bathroom has a luxurious curved shower, wall hung vanity. Not to mention the fluffy towels, his/her bathrobes and a range of toiletries for your use.
The living area includes the main entrance, a separate Dining area and lounge with sliding door out to private patio area and gardens beyond.
The Master bedroom is a separate room located off the living area with a King Size bed and luxurious cotton sheets and again has a views over the Patio.
A Rollaway bed is available to be put in the bedroom if required.

There is a view of the sea and the apartment is located 900 metres from Rothesay Bay shops which boasts over 5 restaurants and cafes together with takeaway retailers as well as excellent bus links to local amenities, Auckland City and beyond.
Churchill Suite is ideally situated being close to the Cove where you can swim, or if you prefer both Murrays Bay and Rothesay Bay are within an easy walk utilising part of the beautiful cliff top walkway. We are also close to Murrays Bay Yacht club with plenty of parking for a trailer. Also within an easy drive to the Millennium Centre and Albany.

Our suite was exactly as pictured and described in the listing … inside and out. Inside was clean, spacious, comfortable and outside was stunning with the private garden patio and view. The neighbourhood is close to shops and the Clifftop Walkway, metres away from the house, became a daily walk. Bron and Tref were extremely helpful hosts and answered all questions and provided many ideas for daily activities. Definitely recommend a stay with Brin and Tref.

Suite located on ground floor of owners house with private entrance. Large unit with separate bedroom (super-king-bed), fully equipped kitchen (including oven and induction hob), shower (water pressure very good) and large living room with 2 sofas & separate large dining table. Separate terrace with BBQ in nice tropical garden.Access from road a bit tricky and steep. Less suitable for very big cars.
