Cosy little home stay for upto 5 people which good facilities

Easy for a quick overnight stay, 5 beds for The whole family. The owner was kind, easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to any correspondence.

No washing machine access, but it was not listed as having one so not a negative against them.

Great Family Mid-week Getaway!

Exactly what we (family of 5) were after. Extremely easy to check in and out, we were warmly greeted upon arrival and hosts were accomodating to the change of check in time. Great communication before arrival. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms and there was plenty of activities to keep them busy. We appreciated the wifi, coffee machine and heating in all the rooms. Overall a fantastic stay and great value for our 2 night stay :)

Truly a home away from home.

At first we were unsure of how to check in, however we saw where the key was kept. When we arrived we were greeted with a range of essential food, and we saw extra snacks waiting for us in the cupboard (thank you), the coffee machine had coffee beans waiting and there was a folder that gave all the information we needed for our stay. It really was a home away from home. Our children appreciated the toys and the extra's in the room (the projector, the books, the games, etc) We met the hosts and they were very accommodating and welcoming. We contacted our hosts through the app and they always responded. The key was was a little difficult to pull out from the door and there was a small issue with the bathroom door handle, but it wasn't major and considering that this place accommodates children, it is kept in an excellent condition to me. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the people there were friendly, we walked to the beach and saw the restaurants across the road. The actual township is in close driving distance. This was our first experience with an air BnB and it was excellent. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The host was very nice, friendly and easy going lady, the apartment was nice and tidy, provided with most the equipments required for our stay, the location is great close to the beach and shops.

Nice little apartment with everything one might need. Very pleasant hosts.

We were coming late at night and Crystal provided us with a whole basket of goodies so that we could make breakfast in the morning without the need to go to the grocery store. This was a very nice surprise and much appreciated. The apartment is small but neat and has everything one might need. Nice little backyard with lime trees. 40 min drive to Auckland downtown.

Fabulous home away from home

Wonderful accommodation. Our family were very comfortable here. The kids loved the toys and the soft toys on the bed were a lovely touch. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook full meals each night. Location was perfect, so close to the beach and it was easy to get where we needed to go. We would definitely stay here again. Very well set out. Provided snacks, which was very appreciated. Place was well set out. Provided lots of information about local walks and local food options. Would fully recommend staying here.

Everything you need in wonderful location

Amazing location, comfy beds, full kitchen facilities, washing machine and dryer, wonderful hosts. We were there for a sporting competition so having all 'home' amenities made it such an easy and comfortable stay. Will definitely be back next year.

A spacious place to stay with good facilities in a very quiet neighbourhood close to the beach

A very spacious and well equipped place to stay in East Coast Bays, with easy access to lovely coastal walks. Off street parking was great and the location was very quiet.

It wasn’t particularly warm in the middle of winter, but would be fine at other times in the year.

The space and facilities were great. As a family with two young children, it was great having the bed rooms separated from the living space and good sizes with heating and cooling options. The location is excellent, close to the beach and Milford shops.

Being a downstairs of the main residence flat, there is some walking noise from above, nothing to be frustrated by but enough to notice.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, spoilt us with snacks and fresh bread. Felt very welcomed, hosts checked up on us in bad weather. The space was clean and very useable, parking just outside was great. Heaters worked well to Lee the place warm.
