Very helpful.host. Extremely clean, comfortable flat with many smsll thoughtful touches. Kitchenette had far more amenities than promised. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money.

Just a short stroll to the beach. The accomodation was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the huge shower, it was an amazing. The host provides fast wifi. We found the bed to be very comfortable, a wonderful extra for me as I have a hip that complains if the bed is not good.

Excellent accommodation everything supplied including washing machine. Lovely outdoor area to sit and enjoy. Short stroll to the beach and cafe. Bus at end of the road to everywhere!

Not so 'Beachy'

The owner was very helpful when we asked for something. The unit had most facilities available, which made it a comfortable stay. The shower was great!

There was an old pet smell every time we walked into the unit. Like damp urine. It wasn't very pleasant. Also, the name of the unit was a bit deceiving as it is not on the beach, and there is no view of the beach because the unit is on the ground floor. No potatoe peeler?

This place is heaven. Annie is a lovely host.

The property was relaxing from the moment we walked in. There’s plenty of space and it has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. We loved listening to to waves crashing while we lazed on the lawn.

Could use some more kitchen stuff; bigger plates, some decent sized pots, a can opener and some BBQ implements.

Exceptional

We had an excellent stay an Annie's place. The house was the perfect size for my family, and the location couldn't have been better. Every day we walked down to the beach and then went to get coffee in Mairangi Bay. I look forward to staying again.

Excellent location, layout was fabulous, needs a heat pump, great host

I liked the space it worked perfectly for us, the location was perfect too.

There were a few things requiring attention however the host was very accommodating and has tried to remedy the situation. There was no heating, but understand a heatpump is due to be installed which would do wonders for the place.

Enjoyable comfortable stay for a family with pets

Cosy private accommodation with large bathroom. Spacious lounge to relax in. Beds comfy and warm. Great outdoor garden for pets to roam safely on site. Pets allowed inside. Annie was a lovely accommodating host.

Would suggest making the kitchen a little easier to work in, lots of utensils but not easily functional.

All in all wasn’t how it was advertised , so was disappointed throughout my stay.

Host was lovely, location was handy, parking was secure

The way it was advertised states it’s a apartment, when it’s more of a air bnb , made mistake of leaving our food on bench and it was infested with ants by the morning, could do with a good spring clean , It felt damp . Some plates n cutlery were filthy

The property was clean, comfortable and got everything we needed. Great and handy location for us too - as it was very near the beach and also close to our daughter’s place. Safe parking provided. Most of all its pet friendly 😊

Would have been nice if there was milk provided for tea or coffee
