In addition to the property we have two stand up paddle boards, a two person kayak, boogie boards for kids, corn hole, two bicycles that are available to our guests to use as their own risk.

Have not seen sunrise like that in a long time. Great view of pond and ocean from huge decks around the house. Good size and well laid out kitchen. Huge yard for kids to play.

The perfect house on the perfect island. Well stocked kitchen. Roomy home with spectacular ocean views. Massive lawn for play and kite-flying. Your family will fall in love. As did ours.
