About this house rental
(Note: for 2025, we are renovating the upstairs bath and creating a more spa-like shower. New Photos by late March, roughly). This home is perfectly located - a short walk to Inkwell Beach, downtown Oak Bluffs, and the OB Ferry. One side of the home is bordered by the Nashawena Park Greenway, which offers a pleasant stroll to the beach and waterfront, while just around the corner you will find tennis and basketball courts, as well as a playground. There is also a convenience store just steps away.
Inside the home you will find a freshly renovated kitchen, two full bathrooms with modern renovations, central AC, antique hardwood floors, and high efficiency washer/dryer. Outside, there is a large wrap-around farmers porch with gas grill and large outdoor dining table, as well as an adjacent outdoor shower with changing area. This house was perfect. It was perfect walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, bus stops and the beach. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

The property was great-communication with property owner was excellent-great restaurant down the block as well as convenient store-about a 7 minute walk to Circuit Ave stores and restaurants-down the road from green space to watch the fireworks

Great location to walk to downtown a small Convenience Store 3 minute walk. Close to playground for the little ones.

We loved our week in Joe’s Oak Bluffs cottage. The house is very updated, beautifully decorated and we had all that we needed for our week. The outside table with umbrella was great. Laundry so convenient, beautiful upstairs bath. Location is great - about a 10 minute walk to OB shopping and Gingerbread Houses, and about 10minute walk to the beach. For families with young children, there is a bit of traffic on Circuit Ave, but this was not an issue for us. We enjoyed games in the yard - the landscaping is beautiful. It was a very easy place to vacation. We would highly recommend!
