Imóvel perfeito, tudo funcionando, bem arejado, cozinha com todos utensílios. Sem falar na receptividade dos responsáveis e também na disposição deles em ajudar. Recomendo.

We had a really lovely stay overall. The host was amazing—very friendly, responsive, and even provided extras we weren’t expecting, which was a really nice touch. The location is great—a bit hidden, giving you privacy, but still very close to the beach and perfectly positioned between Búzios and Cabo Frio. There are supermarkets nearby too, including a larger one on the way to Búzios. The house is spacious and worked well for a group. That said, it could do with a bit of a refresh, especially the walls, as it’s not quite as new as it looks in the photos. A couple of things to be aware of: there were no cleaning supplies available during the stay, which can be tricky with a larger group, especially for bathrooms. Also, the house doesn’t provide beach items like chairs, so worth bringing your own (though easy to rent locally). The pool area is small but nice, but no one came to clean or check it during our five-day stay. Overall, a great stay with a fantastic host—just a few small improvements would make it even better.
