House in condominium with independent home environment (only 2 houses, sharing only main entrance).
Large living room, kitchen, 2 balconies with hammocks and sun lounger, 2 large suites with balcony access, all large bathrooms plus a full bathroom with lounge access, service area, parking for 2-3 cars, outdoor shower, barbecue , 42 "LED TV with satellite dish, garden, for 4-10 people.
The house is 500 meters from the entrance of Peró beach and Conchas beach. You do not need a car to reach the beach, walking 5 - 10 minutes.
Peró is a tourist district of Cabo Frio with its own beaches of 9 km. The location of Peró is excellent because it is right between Cabo Frio Center (15 minutes by car) and Centro de Buzios (25 minutes by car).

Nos hospedamos unos 18 días en la casa de Monika. La casa es muy amplia y tiene un jardín muy lindo. Las habitaciones son grandes y con baño en suit. Igual que en la foto. Marcia, la casera, es super servicial, siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Cuando tuvimos alguna duda o inconveniente enseguida tuvimos respuesta de su parte. Cerca de la playa y del centro de Pero. El centro es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario. Volveríamos!!! Gracias Monika y muchas gracias Marcia!!!

Excelente casa!
Acomodações muito boas, banheiros espaçosos, casa limpa! Fomos bem recebidos e de pronto qdo chegamos e na hora de sair tbm. Utensilios de cozinha ótimos... jardim bem cuidado.
Localizado muito próximo da praia Peró, aliás o que separa a casa da praia é somente os arburtos e por isso é necessário caminhar um pouquinho....
Ressalto só um detalhe sobre a antena de TV pq não conseguimos assistir o canal da Globo em nenhum dia, mas fora isso tudo muito bom

Casa excelente, bem acomodada e espaço muito bom. Monica e Márcia são muitas simpáticas e fomos muito bem recebidos. A família toda adorou.
