About this house rental
The house is located in Unamar - 2nd district of Cabo Frio, in the Long Beach Condominium, the best condominium in the region. Surrounded by greenery, the condominium is ideal for families or groups who wish to relax, take a walk and enjoy the beach atmosphere in peace and security.
With a privileged location approximately:
20 minutes to Búzios and Rio das Ostras
50 minutes to Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo.
The property has 5 bedrooms, including 3 suites on the upper floor.
(2 suites with sea view and 1 suite with garden view).
The master suite features a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a ceiling fan.
Suite 2 (oceanfront) has a double bed, wardrobe, and ceiling fan.
Suite 3 (facing the garden) has 2 double beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
All suites have a balcony.
On the first floor are the other 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, a single bed with a trundle bed and a ceiling fan, and 1 playroom with a ball pit, seesaw, slide, toys and Smart TV); a shared bathroom and an open-concept kitchen/living room.
The outdoor area of this house is super attractive. In addition to direct access to the beach, the house has a large grassy backyard, a swimming pool, and a gourmet area with a barbecue, shower, and outdoor bathroom.

1. The house can accommodate up to 15 people (including children).
2- The noise ordinance must be respected, with sound at a moderate volume during the day and reduced after 11:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine and also a visit from condominium security and authorities.
3- Small and medium-sized animals are allowed, upon request and payment of an extra fee.
4- The cleaning fee does NOT exempt guests from the responsibility of keeping the house as it was received, free of trash and dirty dishes.

Bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) for the beds.

*Guests must bring any necessary extras.

*One-time cleaning fee: R$300.00*
