My 8th floor room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for the price. Good location for a short stay..many restaurants , and a great craft beer bar just round the corner. Close to subway station, and underground shopping areas. I was in Busan to sightsee (not on a beach vacation) and this suited me well.
A ' lite' breakfast was offered, but I only managed to get some cereal on one day, out of the 3 nights I was there. The staff did their jobs, but a smile would have been nice! There was no welcoming atmosphere in any of the communal areas.

Location is good, close to the metro station and bus stops. The staff were friendly and nice. The room had a small balcony.
Both the room and the bathroom were not clean Bedding was a bit dirty, coffee cup was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. The facilities were not that bad but I don't think it's a good value for money.
