    My room was probably not cleaned prior my arrival, hair on the floor and the pillow, dirty bedding, one light of the shower was not working, dirty mirror and surfaces. I refused to stay at the โ€˜hotelโ€™ as after raising my issue I was told they can clean the room the next day and there is no other room to move me. I needed to book another hotel at the middle of the night (with that obviously already losing money for the last minute booking) and even after this the hotel is refusing to give me full refund. Avoid this place

    The wifi works, the shower was hot, and the location is central are the best this hotel has going for it. the sheets had stains from previous guests, as did the walls. the front door was misaligned so you had to lift the handle to lock it. no sink in the toilet room so you had to walk with dirty hands to the sink in the shower room. Aircon struggled to keep up with the heat, but it's the height of summer so that's not the worst sin. the desk and bedside table appeared to have damage. there are precious few amenities in the room itself, and very little to speak of in the lobby. Staff is one guy doing his best at the front. toilet paper was very irritating, not even perforated, and wasn't hung up, just a loose commercial dispenser roll on the back of the toilet. no microwave in room so you have to go to the lobby to heat up your snacks. saw a couple bugs. Shows up on Kakao Map and k.ride as "Nama Neulbo", which can make wayfinding more difficult It's close to lots of businesses and the underground shopping arcade, BRT, 2 Subway Lines, and Lotte department store ๐Ÿ™Œ A very spartan, barracks type room. You are heavily incentivized to go outside and enjoy Busan until you are super tired, come back to the hotel, and sleep the minimum amount required to go back out again. I will return to Busan, I won't stay here again. I believe I deserve a place where I can actually be comfortable at the beginning and end of the day.
