About this house rental
Large enough to accommodate an extended family, this beautiful 4 bedroom, newly renovated in 2017, townhouse is right in the heart of Southie. This is a 3rd floor unit that has 2 levels. The unit has surround sound stereo, free WiFi and cable.
1st Floor has open concept living area, beautiful bright kitchen, living area with tv and queen sleeper sofa, video monitor for front door and printer/scanner/fax machine. 2 bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking Sweeney playground (park featured in the Movie Good Will Hunting!), and 1.5 bath.
2nd floor has a full bath with large walk in shower, master bedroom with Queen bed and a Large Master closet. **Note: sofa in pic is no longer in master bedroom**. The second bedroom, which is a "loft style" room, has a Queen bed, views of the city and a TV.
Steps away from public transportation and Broadway. Walking distance to Seaport District and Downtown Boston. A car is not needed as there is plenty of public transportation and everything is so close. If you do have a car, we offer free parking for 1 vehicle. Centrally located, Broadway T station (red line) 0.5 miles away, Seaport district 1.0 miles, Carson beach 0.7 miles, Fenway park 3.4 miles, Faneuil hall 2.1 miles, Logan Int Airport 3.8 miles.

Jack, our host, was wonderful! He returned messages quickly and was always very helpful during our stay. The condo is in a neighborhood with a cute little family friendly park next to the building. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor of the condo while the other 2 are up another flight of stairs. It's about a 5 minute walk to the main street for restaurants, shopping and the bus lines. Buy a Charlie Card...great for riding the buses that run very 10 minutes and accessing the subway. We booked this condo for 2 nights before our cruise leaving Boston. The location is in south Boston very near the cruise port which is a very short cab ride away.

This condo was in a great location in South Boston. Easy walking distance to many restaurants for any meal or snack. There was also a CVS nearby for any other needs. Access to the Red Line was a simple 15-minute walk down Broadway. The condo was stocked with essentials and plenty of space for our family of 5 with two college kids. Laundry onsite was a nice feature and having a dedicated parking spot made exploring greater Massachusetts easy. The host was easy to communicate with and was responsive to any questions.

The place was spacious. GoodLocation. We were not able to use the internet which was a bummer. Host was not friendly in the beginning but then was better at trying to help us with the internet. Bedrooms overlook a basketball court and could be loud during the night. Also the lights were bright on the court. Parking was great. Overall we had a good time.
