Large enough to accommodate an extended family, this beautiful 4 bedroom, newly renovated in 2017, townhouse is right in the heart of Southie. This is a 3rd floor unit that has 2 levels. The unit has surround sound stereo, free WiFi and cable.
1st Floor has open concept living area, beautiful bright kitchen, living area with tv and queen sleeper sofa, video monitor for front door and printer/scanner/fax machine. 2 bedrooms, both with balconies overlooking Sweeney playground (park featured in the Movie Good Will Hunting!), and 1.5 bath.
2nd floor has a full bath with large walk in shower, master bedroom with Queen bed and a Large Master closet. **Note: sofa in pic is no longer in master bedroom**. The second bedroom, which is a "loft style" room, has a Queen bed, views of the city and a TV.
Steps away from public transportation and Broadway. Walking distance to Seaport District and Downtown Boston. A car is not needed as there is plenty of public transportation and everything is so close. If you do have a car, we offer free parking for 1 vehicle. Centrally located, Broadway T station (red line) 0.5 miles away, Seaport district 1.0 miles, Carson beach 0.7 miles, Fenway park 3.4 miles, Faneuil hall 2.1 miles, Logan Int Airport 3.8 miles.

The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, making it easy to settle in right away. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable.

The townhouse was perfect for our party of six. We had plenty of space and it was very clean. The location is perfect with great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

The place was spacious. GoodLocation. We were not able to use the internet which was a bummer. Host was not friendly in the beginning but then was better at trying to help us with the internet. Bedrooms overlook a basketball court and could be loud during the night. Also the lights were bright on the court. Parking was great. Overall we had a good time.
