Dad, mom, and kid stayed here for just under 3 weeks. Location is perfect - beach easily walkable to quiet neighborhood boardwalk over the dunes, and just a little farther to Pelican Pub and "the big dune." The home had a few cleanliness and organization issues; if anything comes up for you, do your best to get in touch with the local manager ASAP because he is amazingly helpful but the Vacasa online help is horrendous. I would stay here again but we'd probably look for another place if we could find one that's the same basic distance to the beach.
