We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Really enjoyed our stay in your little beach house! Had everything we needed for relaxing getaway at our favorite place! Loved being able to walk down to the beach and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. We would love to come back some time!

The house was very clean and well stocked, the bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. It made for a very nice and relaxing weekend stay. It is nestled between Tillamook and Lincoln City, so we were able to visit both cities for some Antiquing. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a small but well kept beach home. The bed was in great shape and the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans.
Great parking if you drive a truck or SUV with parking for a 18 foot boat.
BBQ worked great and propane was full….which I s rarely the case with a rental.
Unfortunately, the management of our reservation was horrible. On 9/25 we were informed that we would receive another email with the door code.
We arrived at 7:30 PM and spent 1 hour and 15 min calling the management firm, and even a residential broker who worked at the mgt firm as the property manager would not receive any voicemails.
After 1 hour a person from the local mgt firm called us to provide us with the door code.
The issue here is the there is no internet service with Verizon at the beach cabin so we drove back into town in order to get cell service, get the text, then drove back to the beach cabin.
This is why is scored the Communication as HORRIBLE.
