About this house rental
This beautiful newly built villa is located near the heart of Islamlar Village, approximately 10 km from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. It has one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms , and has a capacity of 4 guests. It has been built in the traditional materials of timber and stone, and has been finished to a high standard, with luxurious furniture and fittings.
The ground floor accommodation comprise of an open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area and the twin bedroom. Both of these spaces open directly on to the pool terrace. The pool is 7 x 3.5 metres and has a depth of 1.5 metres. There is also a shallow end where guests may wish to place the sunbeds. Everything has been thought of to maximize guests enjoyment of their stay, from a low level 'chillout' area to a swing, a shady alfresco dining area and BBQ.
The upper floor comprises of a massive double bedroom, with its own bathroom and a luxurious double jacuzzi. This bedroom opens on to a terrace area where guests can enjoy the view across the valley towards the sea, on sunbeds or the seating group.
Guests staying in this villa would really need the use of a vehicle whilst staying here. There are local restaurants and grocers shops , which make free deliveries to this villa.
There is wi-fi internet, air-conditioning and there is parking space adjacent to the villa.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 4 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .

We had the most wonderful stay. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos and beautifully clean. We were given a warm welcome by Kemal. It was the perfect location for us as we enjoyed the short drive into Kalkan and the pool was great, possibly a little chillier than the sea but that was refreshing as we had such glorious weather. Overall a blissful 10 days. We hope to return.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the villa. The area was quiet and rural with amazing views. The villa was lovely and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend hiring a car as the nearest town is 15 minutes drive away down the hill. When you get to Kalkan there are lots of great restaurants, water sports and shopping. Migros is the best supermarket for food shopping. We had excellent communication with the villa owner and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A spacious and un-cluttered property, but has every home comfort you may need. Perfect if you want simple seclusion, but not totally isolated. Beautiful view down the valley to Kalkan.

Beautiful and calm villa perfect for couples or families that desire privacy and seclusion. Incredible mountain view and nice area with some good restaurants. Kalkan city center is only a short 15 minute drive. (A car is highly recommended, if not necessary for your stay in this villa). Enjoy!
