About this villa rental
This stylish villa offers accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is en suite with own private toilet and bathroom.
On the ground level is a open plan living area with large comfortable sofas, coffee table and wall mounted TV.
The kitchen area includes oven,hob,dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,fridge freezer and toaster
the dining table and chairs comfortably seats six people and sits by wall to wall glass panels that give direct access to the pool terrace, also on this level is a twin en suite bedroom with private access to the garden and pool terrace
The upper level has two double bedrooms, Bedroom 1 has Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. The second Master bedroom has Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi bath and toilet. Both bedrooms have private balconies
Outside, has a private swimming pool,sun beds, sun umbrellas,hammock, garden seating group, BBQ, dining table and chairs for 6 people.
The pool measures 10mx4m and depth is 1.60m. and a children's pool within the pool measures 2mx2m. The pool terrace is surrounded by a fences and walls and can not be seen from the outside making it suitable for the more conservative guests
The best of both worlds - a taste of beautiful rural Turkey but only an attractive 10-15 minute drive to the cosmopolitan and upmarket resort of Kalkan with its fabulous restaurants, beaches and harbour. Closer to the villa in the traditional old village of Islamlar there are numerous authentic local village restaurants serving the very best in Turkish cuisine, including the area's famous trout farms.
There is no public transport to Islamlar Village, so most guests prefer to rent a vehicle when they visit. We can help with this if guests wish to do so. Alternatively, there are reasonably priced taxis who serve the area.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 4000 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival
