Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo wygodna, dużym atutem jest również możliwość skorzystania z lodówki z piwem oraz winem w dowolnej porze. Kontakt z personelem też był bez zarzutów.
W niektórych miejscach znajdowały się nieposprzątane włosy, szczególnie w łazience. Generalnie niektóre miejsca w pokoju wymagałyby większej uwagi przy sprzątaniu.
