Surprisingly quiet stay!
The property is roomy, lots of natural light inside. Kitchen and bathrooms are nice. Easy access to the Welsh Expressway. Excellent soundproofing- can hardly hear the busy road. I did have slight concerns when I saw the location, but I was pleasantly surprised. Easy to find. Had a pint of milk in the fridge, which was great to have a cup of tea after a long drive. Owner was helpful and responsive to messages.
Not enough bedding for beds. 8 of us stayed but no bedding for sofa bed. Mattress in one of the rooms extremely poor, springs very uncomfortable. Sofa bed also uncomfortable, very wooden. Some of the windows didn't open or wouldn't close securely. The patio door blind didn't close. Only parking for one vehicle, so had to park one car on the road.

didnt have full toiletries facilities. living room was bit off.bedroom should be fitted with air condition facilty so that we dont have to open window in order to get reliable temperture. as we opened the window it was bit disturbing of road noise.

It was clean.
The house was situated by the size of an extremely busy road which traffic thundered past all throughout the night. It was missing one whole bathroom from the description. There wasn't a welcome pack . No details on how to get onto the free WiFi. The garden was 2ft overgrown. The house was basic. If we has paid £200 less for the accommodation I wouldn't have had an issue, but this was extremely overpriced.

Great Stay for 2 nights
House was clean and easy to find with instructions kindly sent by owner. Location good for exploring the area.
A little maintenance of house needed, Dishwasher did not work, wardrobe door in main bedroom was broken and dining chairs were either broken or very unstable. Allocated parking for one car, but was unable to contact owner regarding the parking of further vehicle.

It was in a good location. Main bedroom is good.
Very expensive for what was provided. Miss described property. No 3 bathrooms. Other 2 bedrooms are not big enough for doubles. One single bed collapsed on sleeping on. So slept on the floor. Other room with double bed not suitable for person 6ft 1in tall, so slept on the sofa. You can feel the springs in the bed. There were 5 of us. Lacking in crockery. Lack of loo roll, one tea towel, reusing of cleaning sponge. Chopping board discoloured. Lack of instructions, previous comments say they were being written! No tv licence!
