Bathroom
On the landing between the two bedrooms, you'll find a family bathroom equipped with WC, shower and sink.
Outside
Outside, there is a delightful courtyard and extensive garden with a children's play area, a summerhouse and a lovely large lawn perfect for playing games or enjoying picnics. Both the courtyard and garden are shared with the adjoining property, Y Wennol. Beyond those, there is also a small and charming woodland for guests to enjoy, with a further field home to resident shetland ponies.
The Local Area
Y Fran sits on the outskirts of Bodffordd, a small and rural village close to Llangefni. A must do is a wonderful walk around Llyn Cefni, which is just a short drive from the house. Llangefni is the island's county town, with a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from — the market town is also home to one of Anglesey's most prominent art galleries, Oriel Môn. For beaches, you are more or less equidistant from both Rhosneigr (9.6 miles) and Red Wharf Bay (9.7 miles) which are both beautiful beaches. Rhosneigr is known for its watersports scene and bustling high street of cafes and shops, while Red Wharf Bay has a more relaxed feel and is a great choice for long walks, pub lunches and family beach days.
