Good stay for 4 adults or a small family

It was easy to collect, but have to pull the key box down to open, should know how to operate took me around 5mins to figure out

Lounge carpet was dirty, toilet seat was broken and uncomfortable. One of the dining chairs was broken. sofa was marked and not cleaned. Report the issues through email but no response from the manager.

Location, clean and tidy.

There is a dining chair that needs mending, nearly fell off it. No recycling facilities. Information sheet could do with updating. Doesn’t give a good impression. The info on where to put your rubbish at the end of stay was wrong.

Location was good & easy to find, accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped & nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay.

Our main issue was no available Wi-Fi, the WiFi listed in the information folder did not show as available, only another WiFi showed up as available but there was no password for it. Our other main problem was that the toilet seat in main bathroom kept coming off its fitting (left side peg hole is misaligned) but we managed to fix this ourselves 3 times - it does however need repaired, as it was definitely faulty when we arrived. The only other thing to mention is that the twin-bedroom door squeaks badly. However, on the whole we very much enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointing, lodge needs upgrading with equipment and a lot of TLC

Location was perfect, bathroom and additional toilet were really useful. Shower was brilliant. Key pick up very easy

On arrival there was no heating on (January arrival) and an unpleasant smell. Once I realised the dishwasher needed to be put on that cleared the unpleasant smell. The lodge did heat quickly but it did not feel welcoming. The internet information in the welcome pack was incorrect and I had to call Booking.com to get it sorted (this was done very quickly). The whole lodge was jaded and a bit sad, kitchen facilities were poor, the largest spoon was a desert spoon, no serving spoons, limited dishes and pans for cooking. Everything felt old and in need of an upgrade. Both beds were really uncomfortable.

Overall it was excellent place to stay. The location was accessible and very quiet. . Perfect for our a week family holiday. 2 toilet and very spacious to run with our 13 months twins.
