What a fantastic place to stay. It was pristine clean and the host had thought of everything you could need on a holiday. The bed was so comfortable and the shower fantastic. The location could not be better, wonderful view of the sea and the sunet, even from the sofa. Outdoor seating area was the perfect spot to watch the world go by and the sun go down. It is on a road but not busy and convenient walk to resturants and shops and the path to St Michaels Mount. Highly recommend.
Parking can be tight if there are several cars in the car park but the long stay car park is just across the road so not a problem.

The location was excellent, flat was beautifully clean and well appointed. Helpful owner and good input from support staff (bed change and prompt attendance at departure). Easy access to beach. Main road outside not very busy so easy to cross. There was a children's playground opposite. Play-noise was not an issue - lovely to hear and was well populated.
The parking. It seems there are fewer spaces for apartments. Some occupants of other properties were owners and kept a close eye on the parking issue, approaching on a couple of occasions as we had to park out of the bays as there was just insufficient space. (I sensed they were a tad fed up with this). This was also worse on 1 day as workmen were on the premises for maintenance or similar. We were advised that we could park down the road in a public car park if no spaces available but this was not an option. I do not leave my car overnight in a public car park. The costs were also exhorbitant. The parking places available were small - unless you have a Kia or Punto or something similar (we have an estate car), there is a high risk that you will scrape your car on the low level wall to exit the car park! We did - twice and in discussion with others parking at the time they had too - evidenced. Not happy bunnies! If you are able to park you will need to reverse out onto the main road as there is pretty much no space to turn around - dangerous manoeuvre. Suggest, the narrative for the property should show 'no parking'. If you want to secure a place - need to return by 5 p.m. and not go out again, severely limiting options for meals in the evenings. Parking spaces should be allocated to permanent residents. I wonder whether there is an option to negotiate with the property next door for some numbered bays - there certainly enough space to mark off a few places! I did message the owner of the property to ask about contact details for the Management Committee but did not receive a response. We would not return to this property for this reason. Such a shame as otherwise all was well.

Location well equipped and very clean
There was an automatic light outside the bedroom window that came on and off regularly at night but I presume the owners aren’t aware of it yet
