It is close to a metro station (Marconi). The area is nice.
The smell that comes from the restaurant kitchen below. I was with my son who slept upstairs and there were no sheets for the couch where I choose to sleep.

Clean, wide comfort room, and there is almost everything needed for daily life.
Duvet and sheets was a little smelly, so I had to wash sheets.

Ideal location, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and very clean throughout.
There is a music/dance hall just outside the balcony doors that's insanely loud early morning which startled us with people going in and out. And a neighbor with a yapping dog. No fault of the apartment.
