Las instalaciones y la ubicación son muy buenas.
Primero la entrada al edificio está muy deteriorada y no invita a entrar. Además, el apartamento es muy ruidoso, se oyen todos los vecinos y no lo recomiendo para personas con dificultades para dormir. Para acabar, el desayuno que ofrecía era correcto pero el pan de molde estaba lleno de moho, después de informar a la propietaria no hizo nada para subsanarlo.
