God beliggenhed. Blæsere på nogle af værelserne. Vaskemaskine der bumlede derudaf, kaffe og maskine dertil.
At alt service i køkkenet var ulækkert og beskidt. Hvis man er sensitiv for larm kan det være lidt træls.

Ubicacion espectacular, a metros del centro y de la cátedra. Instalaciones completas, cómodo y con excelente calefacción. Buenos colchones. Buena comunicacion con los administradores. Realmente impecable.
Mejoraria la ducha que piede un poco de agua, nada que dificulte la estadia. Sin duda repetiriamos.

Tenía mucho menaje y las camas no estaban mal, había secador, jabones en la ducha, plancha, toallas limpias, pero... El acceso al piso mediante llave digital era cómodo.
Acceder al piso es cuesta arriba y subiendo unas cuantas escaleras, además de ser un segundo sin ascensor ( aunque esas escaleras no son pesadas). El portal al entrar echaba mucha peste. En la casa hacía mucho calor, había solo dos ventiladores así que si el piso está completo se queda corto. El descuento del parking solo se puede coger de 9.00 a 14.00. Aunque el piso esta algo reformado, se ve que es viejo y aunque esté limpio los rincones estaban sucios y desperfectos en el suelo de la habitación.
