L’emplacement et le standing de l’appartement, très propre parfaitement équipé, très bien pour court et long séjour. Proximité du parking. Le calme.

El alojamiento era muy céntrico y muy barato para ser en fiestas. Estaba todo muy nuevo y limpio.
Lo peor que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y hacía muchísimo calor. Check in automático sencillo pero con muchos pasos y datos que rellenar. Teléfono de contacto gestionado por IA.

Está muy céntrico. Es moderno, y el sillón cama es bastante cómodo para lo que suelen ser ese tipo de muebles.
Es muy pequeño. Cada centímetro está aprovechado. Tiene, como anuncia, aire acondicionado, pero enfría bastante poco, necesitando quizá una revisión. El colchón de la cama es muy blando. La nevera es pequeña, tipo autocaravana. Y en cuanto al ruido, depende de si está ocupado su apartamento adyacente, pues se oye bastante.

Ubicación
Olor insoportable a tubería el baño. Tenéis a ir preparados con ambientador que fue así como aguantamos. Ya q no se nos dio solución. No vayáis contando con el aire acondicionado. No tiene potencia y ubicado encima de un armario que no llega el poco aire a ningún sitio. La cama el colchón blandisimo , el sofá cama durísimo. Y la televisión muy alta para las cervicales. He estado en apartamentos en Burgos mucho más cómoda que en este.
