Excellent location. Modern and clean. Great shower. Safe building and neighborhood. Water can be drank from the kitchen sink (all of Burgos). We parked the car in the parking garage in Plaza Mayor. If you turn the handles up in the windows you can crack them open at the top which solves the privacy issue many have written about.
No where to dry clothes so we couldn’t use the washing machine. I reached out to the owner but never heard back. Also, as others have said, no where to hang jackets or purses. The two twin bed frames are in need of repair. Couch has seen better days.

Dormir viendo la catedral iluminada! Algo impresionante, esto hace que todo el resto sea un 10.
El check-in, me costó mucho porque me pedía el número de soporte del DNI y no lo aceptaba. Me frustró bastante, finalmente cambié la opción de DNI a CARNET DE CONDUCIR y así conseguir hacerlo.

La ubicación sin duda es perfecta. Pleno centro y con la catedral como mayor referencia.
En los alrededores encontramos aparcamiento.
El piso reformado y arreglado haciendo la estancia cómoda.
Tuvimos problemas con el check in digital y por teléfono nos lo solucionaron en el momento.
La limpieza dejó bastante que desear. Los muebles de la cocina tenían migas o restos pequeños de comida de otros huéspedes. Incluso algunas que otras telarañas.
Las toallas creo que no se secaron en principio bien y hacía dudar de que estuvieran recién lavadas.
Hubo otros detalles que creo que mejorarían la estancia como es tener toalla específica para salir de la ducha (y no dejar a uno de los huéspedes sin una de las toallas), así como no había jabón de manos en el baño.
