Nothing. My family couldn't stay here because the cabin wasn't cleaned from the previous occupants. After NUMEROUS attempts to reach the management company, we were forced to make other arrangements.
All of it. This is horrifying customer service. I fully paid for a stay that I didn't have. Highway robbery. Every message from this place is automated. There is no person on the other end.

Beautiful village location in a clean tidy cottage
Great location in Grasmere village, very quiet and peaceful, clean and tidy property with everything we needed.
Shower head was a bit floppy and single beds very squeeky, outdoor space is very small

Superb
Characterful cottage nestled in a quiet part of the lovely village of Grasmere. The cottage was very clean and all of the things we needed in the kitchen were provided. Great terrace overlooking a field and the mountains, which we enjoyed some afternoon sun in.
The key safe needs a bit of a tug - that took a few minutes to work out!
