The Springs

This is the perfect location for nature and wildlife lovers. The welcoming and friendly host Justine, encourages the red squirrels and birds. Within the first hour and half we saw red squirrels, spotted woodpeckers, blue tits, great tit's and gold finches. At night we heard the barn owls nesting in the pump house. Over the week we also saw peacocks and pheasants along with the cheeky jackdaws. The lodge is so comfortable and there was everything we needed including tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a cake on arrival. I can't express how lovely this place is. There's so much to see on the isle of wight... don't hesitate to book into the springs and enjoy your stay.

The lodge was absolutely stunning, we loved it! We didn't need or want for anything. Justine was very friendly & a great host.

Absolutely nothing!

THE LODGE IS SET IN OWNER'S EXTENSIVE GARDEN. HOWEVER, WE HAD TOTAL PRIVACY AND 5* COMFORT. WE HAD OUR OWN PATIO, AND THE FACILITIES WERE AMAZING. THE LODGE WAS EXTREMELY WELL EQUIPPED FOR A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION TO SUCH A HIGH CALIBRE.

THERE HONESTLY WASN'T ONE SINGLE THING WRONG WITH EITHER THE PROPERTY, THE SURROUNDINGS, OR THE HOST/OWNER. IT WAS 100% BRILLIANT. NO NIGGLES, WORRIES, CONCERNS, NADA NEGATIVE COMMENTS.

the property is fantastic!!! absolutely everything you could need in a property, oven, fridge, enormous bed, amazing bathroom, dishwasher, drinking water… fabulous place! amazing host!!

the location was a little bit of a problem for us, however that was because we didn’t bring a car and the destination is extremely remote if your planning on doing this holiday on foot, there is no bus stops nearby, taxis were a great use.
