The apartment is well appointed and was ideal for us travelling on our bikes as it is secluded and a short cycle distance from Ryde. The only reason I down scored for location is because Brading is at the end of the shuttle bus route for the IoW festival so bear in mind it takes 60 mins to get back. As a general location outside of festival weekend however Brading is ideal. Apartment hosts are very friendly as is their gorgeous Golden Retriever Teddy.
It would have been a nice touch to have a few basic items onsite for arrival eg teabags, small milk.

Large rooms and good facilities. Reasonably comfortable.
The apartment was difficult to locate. Instructions vague. Supermarket some distance away. Late September and the apartment was quite cold. No way to warm the rooms.

Good location, perfect for a short break. Helpful owners sharing their local knowledge.
On the whole, everything was fine, but a few basics were omitted, which would have been nice, eg. kitchen roll, salt & pepper, cling film, or foil. There were dishwasher tablets but no dishwasher.
