Great house ! 10/10 -Very quiet place, a lot of shadows and fresh air at the evenings. House is old style but very comfortable perfect for families. There is big garden, parking for 3-4 cars. Big barbecue and terrace. We were 3 families and was enough place for everyone. Lovely friendly host ! 10/10 -The woman give us great welcome cake. In the middle of our stay another one and for goodbye traditional uzo and wine! -Perfect locations for families! Easy access to the beach ~5min walk from the house. Centre of the city is also close. Many different beaches around ~20min car driving.

We was with small children and the only thing that we don’t like was the stairs in the house! They were little bit danger and not secure on the top.

Superb

Nice, cozy house. All we needed (dishes, cooking, washing machine, barbeque grill, even outdoor shower) was there. There is a large garden, covered outdoor terrace in case you want to stay outside. Last but not least, there is a parking place inside the property for 2 cars in case of bigger groups (6-7 persons).

Good but not first day - lost more than 3 hours and nerves until sort out the problem with the host.

Don't understand me wrong - villa is old but quite good (equipped good with quite a few flowers, bushes, trees and greenery). Parking for few cars, BBQ place and quite a few chairs for relaxing.

Pay extra money!!!-(and been treated) Some IT issue or misunderstood or may just when booked back for default - normally search and try to book for 8+2 people but on the paper showing 2 guests - any way booked all villa but on arrival lady ask me to pay 10Epp/per day (8x10x4=320E)??? Later she said that not require extra for children but still 240E to pay- I said that will call Booking.com- she said that is between her and Me? Called 5 times and nice staff try to help me but still I paid 200E extra (Booking back me 50E later)- they said that can return my money but I should go(the host don't want to accommodate without extra money)- how to explain to small children that we travelled half day(600km) and we should try to find something new or go back??? I was booked the villa more than 3 months in advance- The prices go up and she changed her description that will charge for extra people but when I booked was for whole villa. Another rule she have- coming to the property whenever she want without any notice- imagine 2-3pm and you are naked (good that she not done this way). When she talk to me she said- "MY HOUSE" - yes I understand but when you book you try to feel like in your house! In the end she was quite better even made the present to me and my friends ouzo and the traditional Greek wine :)

We had a great stay

It’s an old but charming house equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Nice garden and barbecue. The owner was very kind.

The house needs some renovation especially the bathrooms. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the garden. The location is not the best because you need a car if you want to go to some good restaurants or to the city center. The beach which is near is not good for kids as the water gets suddenly very deep.

Nice house with beautiful green yard. We had dinner outside and used the BBQ. There is even charcoal oven for more ambitiius chefs. Beds are soft and comfy and there is plenty of room around.

Amazing hide-away in the middle of Vrasna village. TOP for family travellers.

The host is amazing. Helpful and kind. The villa has a beautiful atmosphere. It is super clean. The temperature inside never goes too high, even without switching air-con on. Really cool terrace with seating area and a beautiful garden with a grill/outdoor kitchen. Sea is close, as well as shops (Lidl), but not for walking (at least not us;-)) Family with KIDS as well as couple in love (or groups in love?) will simply love this place! Internet is super fast, which makes this place an amazing place to work on your laptop. Totally recommend. Totally coming back.

There was a big issue at the end of our stay: We had to leave because our holidays were over :-( Coming back for sure! ;-)
