A perfect place to stay for a perfect holiday in Asprovalta. Highly recommended...

Palacio Verde was a beautiful place to stay; clean, well-equipped and the pool was perfect. Great location too, close to the village of Asprovalta without being right in the middle of it, near to the beach, restaurants, and with an excellent supermarket within walking distance. Our hosts were kind, happy to help and the owners of one of the best fish restaurants in town - a massive bonus.

I have no complaints, and will be returning next year.

Clean, comfortable and really good location. Worthy value/price.

The place was new and very clean. The location is also really good. There was misunderstanding with the room, we had booked another room but accommodated in different. However the owner came personally to apologize and managed it. The overall experience was good.

It was not specified there are different types of rooms. Also there is no reception so when you want something or have questions, you need to call the owner.

Very clean and well-kept place. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, which made a big difference. The interior is simple but tastefully done, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay

Adding some storage space for clothes in one of the rooms would make the stay even more comfortable. The room with the large bed is a bit tight, with limited space between the bed and the wall.

We were not missing anything and will return with pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The garden is also lovely and well maintained, offering a peaceful place to relax at the pool after a day at the beach. The host was extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Not only did they make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, but they also helped us with an issue that wasn’t even related to the accommodation – truly going above and beyond our expectation.

Stigli smo kasno uveče i dočekao nas je divan momak koji nas je ugostio sjajno. Postoji veliko dvorište uz objekat tako da nam je to izuzetno odgovaralo zbog parkinga. Objekat je prelep, apartman je izgledao još lepše nego na slikama, stvarno smo bili jako zadovoljni svime. Čistoća je bila na zavidnom nivou, sve je bilo udobno i jako je lepo namešten apartman. Tu ima i bazen koji može da se koristi koji je takođe prelep. Lokacija je, takođe, odlična.

Mare, soare si multa relaxare

Locatie aflata la circa 900 m de plaja intr-un loc linistit. Apartament curat cu camere mari dotate cu aer conditionat si usi separate de acces. Bucatarie modest utilata, iar spatiul de servit masa pe terasa acoperita. In curtea proprietatii este o piscina si un spatiu de relaxare. Parcarea in incinta proprietatii este un plus.

Desi nu tine de proprietate, am avut nesansa unor vecini de apartament galagiosi

Este aproape de plajă și supermarket .Apa din piscină caldă și curată .Băieții care lucrează acolo ne-au ajutat cu ce am avut nevoie și deși check in era la ora 14 ,și noi am ajuns dimineața ,a-au organizat cu curățenia și ne-au lăsat să intrăm mult mai devreme .

Furnicile . Sunt multe furnici și dacă lași pe blat ceva de mâncare dimineața e plin de furnici peste tot .Ca să fie curat nu trebuie să luați nici cafeaua în pat de dimineață și să luați un spray de furnici la voi .

Мені все дуже сподобалось. Приємні хозяїва, привітно зустріли, швидко заселили, усе показали та розказали. Дуже круто, що тут є басейн, я була втомлена з дороги, до моря 5 хвилин йти але було пізно, а тут на території басейн, дуже зручно! Є ліжаки та полотенце. Супермаркет під боком. До центру йти 10 хвилин. Номер чистий, без єдиної пилінки. Номер зручний та є в ньому все необхідне. Теріторія чиста та прибрана. Видно, що гостей чекають з любов'ю. Ліжко зручне та підходить на 2 людини, я була сама, тож спала зірочкою! Є кухня з усім необхідним, то можно собі щось приготувати! Погано, що побула тут так мало часу, бо треба їхати далі!(((( Рекомендую цей готель. Неодмінно приїду сюди ще!

Attenzione alla pulizia!

La posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro a 10 min a piedi. Piscina disponibile e zona silenziosa

Il cottage non è stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo. Abbiamo trovato il bagno completamente sporco (asse del wc e specchio) e anche il pavimento non è stato aspirato/lavato. Sono state messe solo lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e svuotata la spazzatura. Non siamo stati in grado di comunicare con la signora che ci ha accolti in quanto non parlava inglese. Il giorno dopo abbiamo espresso la nostra disapprovazione ad un altro proprietario che gentilmente si è scusato moltissimo. Abbiamo capito che è stato un problema di comunicazione con l’impresa di pulizie.
