Small heaven of privacy and tranquility in Milies Stavros

The location is in the middle of nature, in a small village surrounded by trees and close to the sea. The house consist in two rooms (the one with the double bed that is not separated - you just enter from outside directly - and the other room with a sofa bed that works also as a kitchen and is separated with a door). The bathroom is situated between the two rooms. There is also a big covered terrace outside with a BBQ, a second refrigerator and a stove top. The kitchens (both outside and inside) are fitted with all the necessary things that you may need. Also there are a lot of things that you may need during your stay in the storage room (such as plastic garbage bags, mosquito repellent, cleaning products, extra toilet paper and so on). The host is an incredible person! He is very helpful and ready to answer your requests at any hour. We felt as we were at our home away from home! The view of the sky, the all green scenery and the silence of the surroundings recommends the location for a quiet and relaxing stay. We definitely recommend the "Small heaven of privacy and tranquility in Milies Stavros" and we will be back there any time we will visit the area!

Exceptional! A brand-new, spotless accommodation equipped beyond expectations! We had a wonderful stay as a family( two adults and one kid) at this property, and we can truly say it exceeded all our expectations! Being a recently opened location, everything is brand new, extremely clean, and decorated with great taste. Here is what impressed us the most: There was a fully equipped kitchen, we didn't miss a single thing! We found all the necessary utensils (quality pots, pans, bowls, cutlery, plates, etc.), and a very special detail that we really appreciated was having two types of olive oil as well as sunflower oil at our disposal perfect for cooking. The host even left bottles of water for us. The air conditioning worked flawlessly , and the relaxation area with the garden swing was our favorite spot. The cleanliness was a solid 10/10. Plus, the bathroom was stocked with quality soaps, shampoos, shower gels and towels. The property is child-friendly. A super cute bonus was the toy car provided for kids. Overall communication and everything was perfect!

Като цяло преживяването ни беше много релаксиращо и приятно. Мястото има невероятен двор с прекрасни цъфтящи растения и зелена поляна. Всекидневната на открито, която дава възможност на човек да прекарва по цял ден навън без да усеща горещините на лятото е също така и подходяща за приготвяне на вкусотии на скарата. Невероятна комбинация от свеж планински въздух и близостта до морето създадоха перфектните условия за почивката, от която имахме нужда. Такава свежест не се постига с климатик. Локацията позволява лесен достъп до едни от най-красивите плажове в района. А за колата има предвидено паркомясто. Също така собственикът беше изключително гостоприемен и сърдечен. Той положи всички усилия преживяването ни да бъде максимално комфортно.

This amazing place was perfect for us, and we had a wonderful stay. The yard is very spacious and beautifully maintained, with lush grass, flowers, and trees. Our dog absolutely loved it ❤️ One of the highlights was the outdoor hot shower, which was a real pleasure after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. You can cook indoors or outdoors, as there is a stove and oven inside, as well as an additional stove outside. There are also two freezers and a large barbecue, making it ideal for longer stays and outdoor meals. The property also includes a smart TV, washing machine, and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was excellent, with a comfortable mattress, and the bed linens and towels were of high quality, spotless, and very clean. There is also a sofa bed in a separate room with a door, which provides extra privacy when staying with more people. We especially appreciated that all the windows and doors were fitted with mosquito screens. There were also mosquito repellents outside, which helped keep insects away. Makis is an outstanding host—friendly, polite, and very helpful. He was always available whenever we needed anything and made sure we had everything required for a comfortable stay. He even welcomed us with cold water upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. There is also a good restaurant nearby. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
