Garni Halali

Best stay in the whole of the Dolomites, no question about it. Garni Halali is run by the owner herself and you can tell she puts her whole heart into it. Everything is perfectly thought out down to the smallest details – you feel it from the moment you walk in. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, the bathroom is just as good. And the views from the balcony… simply incredible. The breakfasts deserve a special mention – absolutely fantastic, the kind that make you look forward to getting up. Really recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

The facilities are clean, the view is great, and Josefine is a very kind and lovely host

The location was perfect, just a short 5mins drive from ortisei. The property was traditional with modern rooms, well equipt and clean. We had perfect views from our balcony. The host was amazing and very welcoming, providing breakfast each morning and answering any question we may had as well as giving us some useful tips! She also gave us each a free bus pass to use for the duration of our stay which helped get to and from ortisei if we didn’t want to drive.

The room and the common area were immaculate and comfortable. Parking was right in front of the building. The owner cleaned our room every day, which was unexpected. Breakfast was good. We were given free passes for the buses in the area, which was also unexpected, and there is a bus stop right in front of the property. I left my cell phone on the bus one day, and the owner knew the bus routes so well that she knew that the bus changed route numbers and exactly when and where to find that bus. Fortunately, someone gave my phone to the driver, and I got my phone back just like she said.
