We were very happy with our experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and even the evening meal at the restaurant was very good. We would recommend staying here to anyone in the area.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff delivered truly outstanding service — attentive, warm, and professional throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, with cozy bedding and excellent mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning.
Breakfast was exceptional — easily one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wonderful variety and high-quality options. The location is ideal, with a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making everything seamless.
And skiing in the Dolomites? Absolutely breathtaking. An unforgettable experience.
We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Clean, comfortable, and so easy to get anywhere via bus! I have just left and I already can’t wait to stay at Saslong again. Such a gem in Val Gardena
Nothing. I think, if I was looking for something in walkable distance to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, it might be a pain to have to take the bus, but the distance from the busy parts of the valley were just perfect. Quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast variety was generous and regularly topped up. The location is also quite convenient - right outside the bus stops. The hotel also provides free transport passes, which we enjoyed using.
The aircon in the rooms were non-functioning. To control the aircon, you use an app and select the temperature change you want (e.g., +3 degrees, -3 degrees), but the app doesn't tell you the current temperature of the room, so you're unable to verify if there really is a temperature change. They say the floor is temperature-regulated, but we could not feel any difference in the floor or even the room temperature. This was extremely frustrating. At night, the room gets stuffy and has a strange, lingering smell. We had to open the windows to try to remove the scent.
The shower head for our room was also not directed, causing water to spray everywhere and made our towels wet.
