Very modern, spotlessly clean, couldn’t fault the property.

I was on the first floor with a marvellous balcony, came back one day and a tower scaffold is erected up to my balcony, when I opened the patio door shutters a 5 metre cradle lift is on the balcony, then three men appeared onto the balcony then knocking on the door, they wanted to lift the two motors for the lift through the apartment, so I obliged, then all the patio furniture came in to the apartment. I couldn’t use the balcony after that. The person in the apartment above who I think was local had some sort of special needs as he was very loud at all times of day. Got fobbed off by the company holding the keys about compensation. So for all this hassle and Agro I won’t be spending one penny with Booking.Com ever again 😡😡

Excellent location and very clean

Appartement is voorzien van veel apparatuur en is op enkele minuten loopafstand van Praia da Rocha en vele restaurants, winkeltjes en barren. Diverse kleine supermarkten nabij voor vers ontbijt etc en een mooie uitvalsbasis voor prachtige stranden en plaatsen in de omgeving.

De locatie voor de prachtige stranden en nabijgelegen restaurants etc. is top, echter door de vele hoogbouw ontbrak een mooi uitzicht hierop. Voor lange mensen is het bed aan de kleine kant, en bij gebruik door meer dan 2 personen lijkt het ons wat aan de krappe kant, maar in de zomer ben je natuurlijk vooral buiten 😀

The location was excellent, and the apartment was very spacious. Nuris staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

The noise from the renovation work in the apartment block and surrounding area. We had several issues within the property, which we reported so hopefully they will be completed/fixed for anyone else staying in the property.
