Very modern and clean flat on the 4th floor with elevator. Ideal for 4 people, we enjoyed the huge sunny balcony. A/C worked perfectly, in every room. 2 bathrooms, each with toilet and shower/bathtub. Big kitchen with everything you need.
Perfect location for afro nation festival and beach days.
Communication worked well.
- more instructions on how to find the flat would've been appreciated (appartment block number and appartment number, exact street name for the taxi, maybe screenshots where the entrance is) . Somehow the map on booking.com doesnt show the right location.
-the beds are somewhat a bit hard
- we would have prefered at least 3 keys instead of 2 keys for 4 people. Initially we only had 1 key, but they gave us another one then.
- one time there was a strong smell coming from the sink, after a few hours it got better
