Premium location, very cool historic house.

Everything was so easy and the location was great. We didn't Leah anything we needed and Kristi was helpful with check in.

Cute place, Great location! Toobs were provided and we woke to find a baby deer sleeping in the yard! Not fancy, but perfect for our group's needs!

Kristi's home in New Braunfels is a wonderful, clean, cute spot for any large group looking to experience the area. It is in a perfect location to access Schlitterbahn, the New Braunfels town center and the river. Our group was able to walk to most activities. The home itself is VERY well appointed, with comfortable beds, furniture and all cooking supplies you would need to make a meal for a large group. It is also very clean. Kristi was Very responsive while our group was in town and did a wonderful job of ensuring we had everything we needed. I would stay here again and will recommend Kristi's home away from home to any of my friends and family.

Kristi is an amazing host! Great communication, easy check-in process and awesome, PRIME location just across the street from Schlitterbahn and the Comal Tube Shoot. The home is located on a corner lot with plenty of room for my dog to run around in. Close to many food places, ice cream shops and souvenir shops too. Everything was great, thank you so much Kristi!

Kristi was an excellent host check in was very easy and convenient!Location was perfect and the house was amazing loved it so close to many different attractions. We walked to go tubing and out for some pizza enjoyed relaxing in the yard backyard was a great size would definitely recommend for a family or even just friends getaway the house is cozy and very comfortable we felt so relaxed would definitely book this house again exactly like the pictures very stylish. Host was very welcoming and attentive called when she heard of power outage to check in on us luckily we were out on the river so by the time we got back we had no problems power was back.

We were particularly happy with the attentiveness of the hosts who did their utmost to make us comfortable

Rented this property to be in New Braunfels to help my sister move...it was perfect and allowed me to bring my dogs!!!

Kristi’s house was perfect for us! The renovations are SO cute and homey. We had 10 women under one roof and had plenty of room for everyone to park, eat, hang out, and sleep. We did bring 2 air mattresses for sleeping because the house comfortably sleeps 8 with the provided furniture. I believe there was an air mattress in a closet as well but we did not use it. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals. The location is convenient to get to both downtown NB and Gruene and is easily walking distance to Schlitterbahn. Kristi was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Really cool older house which has been tastefully updated. Well equipped and a nicer than average level of fit and finish of all the furnishings. Location is great, short walk to multiple restaurants and Schlitterbahn. Owner was very nice and responsive. Overall great experience.

The location of this property is unbeatable! We were a short uber drive away from the bars and walking distance to the river. They have done a fantastic job renovating this older home. Such a cute property inside and a great layout to fit our group of 8. We will definitely return!!

Location was great, we were able to walk to schlitterbahn and take the shuttle to the old park! Kristi was very responsive and accommodating. It was a fun weekend and all 7 of us fit comfortably

This property did not disappoint! I had some concern on it being “a smaller property” however it was honestly perfect. The layout was spacious and accommodated our two families of 4 adults, and 6 teens/pre-teens. The Master has been turned into a teen hangout with enough beds and room for 6 to sleep comfortably. There is a beautiful bathroom, tv and comfy beds. The Kitchen was awesome! We cooked every day and enjoyed games at the dining table and living room. Awesome TV in the living room for connecting a game system or just relaxing on the sofa. The two smaller bedroom are on the opposite side of the house from the kids with a bathroom in the hallway to share. Beds were super comfortable! Everything was nicely kept and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with the exception of a blender. The last night we cooked outside on the grill and had s’mores at the outdoor fire pit! The coolest thing about this property is the location! A 1 minute walk from the Surfenburg entrance at Schlitterbahn. Also, we floated the river one day and took a walk strait to the house that took less than 5 minutes!! So convenient and good vibes all around. Kristi, the owner answered every question I had within minutes which was helpful! We will stay here again! If I had anything to recommend for the owner it would be to leave a couple more trash bags and just add some drawer pulls to the kitchen and bathrooms so we don’t get those beautiful cabinets dirty over time. Al around a wonderful stay for our group! Thank you!

Clean and spacious. Perfect to walk to schlitterbahn or camal.

Cute house and great location to the river and water park. The neighborhood was nice, a little noisy from street traffic but that was not a problem. The outside could use a little cleaning due to a few dead birds that were on the front and side porch. Backyard is large with plenty of room for the kids to store their floats! The owner was very responsive to questions and needs. Nice to see a few deer walking around the neighborhood as well!! Would recommend staying here and definitely would stay again!! Outside of house wasn’t as expected, a little dirty on the outside, inside was nice but some areas weren’t very clean. Location was great for floating the river

Walking distance from most attractions in New Braunfels!

This small house is perfect for families attending Schlitterbaun. It is also ideal for families who travel with pets. The large fenced in yard enabled our pets to be a part of our vacation. We would highly recommend this charming house and we look forward to staying here again.

Very cute home with lots of renovations. Enough room for everyone to hangout together in a bigger group. Also very close to everything you would want to do in the area!

This house was the ideal spot to enjoy Schlitterbahn and the river. We had a party of 6 and we had a blast! Kristi was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely rent again.

We had a great weekend with our family and friends. The updating in the house is wonderful! The big backyard was great for hanging out by the fire and playing washers!

This location is perfect for Schlitterbahn and floating the Comal River! Both are walking distance from the front door. The owner of the house is extremely friendly and helpful, as well as easily accessible if you have questions or concerns! Will definitely book again next year!

We loved the location of the house. It was great for walking down to a diner, ice cream shop, final river and more. It was newly updated on the inside with a nice yard. I highly recommend it.
