Beautiful luxurious waterfront home near Punta Sur. 5 bedrooms, heated infinity pool with hot tub, gourmet kitchen with all amenities. Bottom floor is 100% handicap accessible. Roll in shower and bathrooms. Open floor plan with 20' doors opening to the heated infinity pool with lounging shelf, stools along infinity edge - each stool is a different height - pick your favorite! Over-sized hot tub! Abundant indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor/outdoor living with disappearing doors inviting the outside in. Gourmet kitchen with all comfort features. Unrestricted views throughout the house. No power lines, no rooftops - just turquoise waters. Watch the dolphins and the sea turtles! Beautiful luxurious furnishings, linens and decorations throughout the home. You won't want for a thing while at Hamaca Turquesa (except more time on vacation.) From the sound of the surf at night in your bedrooms (and YES, you do hear that at our casa :-) to the partying and dining on Hildago street, there is something for everyone who truly wants to get away from it all on Isla. You can have an amazing 5 star meal or grab some street tacos from the local vendors-you can't go wrong. Isla Mujeres "Island of Women" is an indescribable Island with year-round near perfect weather, beautiful white sandy beaches (continuously voted one of the top 10 best beaches) and crystal clear turquoise waters. The constant breezes coming off the Caribbean will relax and revive every ounce of your being. We are walking distance to the Mayan Ruins at Punta Sur, access the ocean front walking path from our front steps and you can experience the Caribbean and all it's beauty. If you want to go on any excursions, hire a private chef for a day or your entire stay, have a massage or go snorkeling or swimming with the whale sharks - we can help arrange any and everything for you. We have an amazing staff that will take care of all your needs, whether in the home or on the Island. We have an in-home chef available (for an additional fee) to prepare any or all meals for you Island style. He can also prepare poolside or late night snacks. The staff can pre-stock the kitchen with any groceries, adult beverages or supplies you may need. We have Starlink hi speed Wi-fi throughout home and a private office with printer and desk if you must work while in paradise. Children 12 and under not allowed.

We went on a sisters vacation for one week. We wanted something on the ocean with a pool that was relaxing, beautiful and enjoyable. Boy, did we find the right home and location! The home was perfect for the 6 of us, everyone had their own room with bathrooms (one of the rooms shared). The pool was the star of the home, overlooking the ocean and the ruins on the property. This we enjoyed every day, even when the weather wasn't perfect. Located on the south side of the island was the perfect spot to be at. Great places to visit including Punta Sur which you can walk to from the house, great places to eat (also walkable) including The Joint, Ulan Eatery (best margarita) , Rancho Capricho (best tacos)..easy to order in when you don't want to go anywhere (Mr. Mikes Pizza..delicious). We rented golf carts for the week so we could explore up North and the rest of the island. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful with hints and tips and the concierge and house manager were responsive on any issues and questions we had. Communication was excellent! Super friendly and spot on! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely return again! Some of the other folks that stayed spoke about bringing their own families back down to stay. This is truly a wonderful home and the views (ocean, sunrises, iguanas, birds) were magical. Run, don't walk to book a stay at Hamaca Turqueso. You will NOT be disappointed!

We absolutely loved our stay! The communication with the owner was amazing. This was our first trip to Isla Mujeres, and Maggie provided us with all of the information we needed to navigate the travel and feel right at home.
I’ve been blessed with getting to travel and stay at some beautiful places, so I’m pretty picky. This house ranks up there with the very best. The outdoor area is fantastic with tons of room for large groups of people. We had a group of 10, and I never felt cramped inside or outside the house.

We just returned from a 9 day stay at Casa Hamaca Turquesa. The house, the infinity pool, the view - it's ALL magical. There are 3 bars within walking distance (10 min) so we ventured out a few times. We also went to Mayan Beach Club one day - totally worth it!! We rented golf carts for 4 of the days in the middle. With your stay you have the option of a Private Chef to come in and all I can say is it that is well worth it - they also stocked the house with food & beverage prior to arrival (cost+fee). Javi (owner of Javi's Cantina) made both our dinners and outdid himself. We also chose to do a beer tasting and a tequila tasting with each dinner - Javi was incredible as we tasted craft beer from Isla Brewing Company and David did our tequila tasting - he is a wealth of knowledge. Super interesting. The first night Javi got out his guitar and played some music. We had a blast with him.The house is amazing. The kitchen is incredible. The beds are fantastic. The outdoor space is awesome. There's even a little office - I had to work (a little bit) while I was there and it was great to have the printer available. You'll want for nothing - except to never leave. But better than all that is Maggie, the owner. I had lots of questions and she always had answers and if she didn't - she'd let me know what she found out on her next visit. She made sure that our time was magical. The entire staff from the Concierge, Nahim to the House Manager, Santiago are amazing- there were a couple hiccups but they were taken care of immediately. Maggie checked in during our stay to make sure all was good. She really is the BEST host ever. Everything was so perfect - we all just had the best time - lots of laughs and memory making for a lifetime. There was even an engagement on the rooftop lookout one morning at sunrise! Thank you to Maggie for allowing us to share your love of all things turquoise (my favorite color) and opening your home to us!! We loved every minute!! I have a feeling - we will be back!
