We booked this home for a group of 11 for six-nights in Isla Mujeres. The property was in walking distance to Punta Sur. Staff were very helpful in booking private chef, golf carts, tastings, etc. I highly recommend the chef services which we used for breakfast throughout the trip. The home is a budget-friendly rental.

The photos of the property are generous as the house is very dated. The air conditioning in the 2nd floor bedrooms did not work well or at all, plumbing is in need of repair, and the outdoor areas (pool/furniture) are in subpar condition. The road/driveway leading up to the home is complete rubble and is virtually impassable for taxis and golf carts. Overall, subpar accommodations.
