Quiet apartment with a great view to the shipyards. 15 minute walk to the old city and very easy access to the food court with lots of choices to eat and drink.
Only stayed 2 nights but didn't have any hand towels , shower mat or tea towels. Not sure why but WiFi not accessible and TV no English speaking channels. ( Appreciate that these are the finer details) Overall the accommodation met the brief as advertised.

The appartment was very modern and nice on high ground . Appartment clean and well equipped with toaster and microwave . Host very nice person let us take early check in and late check out . Small food store 200 metres from appartment and pharmacy about 400 metres away .
Location was a bit far from centre and old town about 1.2 kms .
