Not a good experience

Good location, spacious, all the appliances you might need are there.

It was not clean. We had balls of dust on the floor and a pizza sauce container of some kind just next to the bed. The bathroom's door knob was kind of falling out (we could still close and open the door, but it wasn't super convenient). The shower head was mostly clogged (had to clean them) and the handles to adjust the temperature seemed like they were about to fall off. The dishwasher needed a deep clean (it was making clean dishes dirty after a cycle, probably the filter/spray heads were clogged as well). The first day we couldn't figure out why the room was so cold. It turns out the windows cannot be shut completely and are letting the cold air in.

Could be better

Great solidly built apartments , very warm with lots of space .Great beds , small pillows and not enough pillows for such good beds . Tne gatives are as follows : Not close to Gdansk old town . The apartment we were in overlooked a major building project , so we suffered daily noise as our apartment faced a huge construction site . Also cheap toliet roll holders with stick on suction pads which would not stay on the bathroom walls. The apartment could do with with a microwave and toaster along with more cooking utensils. Lastly on arrival we were told we had to pay a 500 zl damage deposit. This was not told to us when we booked the apartment . Not a bad stay , but could have been better for the price we paid as not a cheap stay .

Decent accommodation in a new neighbourhood

Very clean and spacious, new furniture and all facilities you may need. Heating was already on when we arrived on a cold windy day, which was much appreciated. Enough of towels for everyone, tea, coffee and sparkling water provided. There’s a big foodcourt right in the next building around the corner, and a lot of other cafes or small stores, so if you don’t feel like walking all the way to the center to grab food, there’s definitely going to be an option in the neighborhood. It’s slightly more distant from the center than we anticipated, about a 15-20min walk, but it’s on us for not properly checking that beforehand. You do have to pay a deposit during the check in which is currently around 100€ and will be deducted from your card, but the money has been returned just as promised.

Check in is pretty clear but you first check in online to get the further instructions, and then you need to anyway go to another building nearby to pick up the keys. The breakfast is offered and is fairly good, but you again have to walk for around 10mins to a neighboring hotel which provides the service. You can leave your luggage in the office situated in another building than the reception, but your bag is not being locked - you’d just leave it near the entrance to the reception which was a no-go for us personally.

Nice, clean and modern apartment

Our apartment was modern, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. It’s located in a new, modern building, with a convenience store (Żabka) and a food hall offering multiple dining options nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this apartment.

As we arrived after 6 PM, we had to pick up the key from a box attached to the office door, located about 250 meters from the apartment. The next day, we needed to visit the office again to pay the deposit. In our view, this process could be made a bit more convenient, but it wasn’t a major issue and we didn’t really mind it.

Fabulous apartment in a lovely location close to everything Gdansk has to offer

Great location next to the food hall and close the WW2 Museum, the staff were helpful in the office and very good communication throughout. The apartment was great, some essentials provided like shampoo and cleaning materials, which was good as we were only there 3 nights. Very well equipped, warm and comfortable.

A few minor snagging issues like the toilet flush getting stuck and the shower leaking a little but really didn’t affect our stay. The curtains could be a bit wider/thicker in the lounge. All in all would return though.

Nice place to stay close to city center.

The apartment is big and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The place was very clean and all needed amenities were there. It is 15 min walk to the center and there are some restaurants around and foodhall just 3 min away. I can recommend staying there.

All was good just had bit problem opening the doors inside the apartment. But nothing major.

Amazing place to stay in Gdansk

Excellent location. Just 3 min walk you can find food hall, groceries which works till 11 P.M. Walking to city center is 15min away. Apartment was clean, spacious, with all necessary equipments needed for stay. Definitely recommend!

Brand new in a developing area

It was a proper apartment, with separated bedrom and bathroom from the kitchen and dining area. We liked that. There was a dining table and four chairs and a confortable sofa. All brand new and functional

Maybe the bed was to low and the space too tight, with no night table whatsover. And a minor problem that took us 2 hours from our time. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, BUT there's NO WAY to find coffe capsules for it in any supermarket, you have to check on google and find a Nespresso shop. It' OK if you don't drink coffee.

Beautiful and modern and extremely clean and had everything you need - like home from home! I read reviews that the construction noise was an issue but we barely heard a thing through the windows and slept really well! Excellent all round!

I thought initially it could do with a full length mirror, but then realised you don’t….there are full walled mirrors in the corridor as you come out of the apartment! Excellent 👌

New and well-positioned to explore both old and new,

This apartment is located between the European Solidarity Centre (the Solidarity Museum) and the Museum of the Second World War. Either is a short walk of less than 15 minutes. It's a bit further to the old city, but the walk was nice and we saw more of Gdansk for it. The apartment is new and comfortable.

There is a fair amount of constuction going on - next door, across the street, pretty much in the entire area. There wasn't too much noise, but it's there. Also, while the directions are explicit once you arrive, finding the office to get our keys was a little bit more complicated.

Great Location, we had a great time with family.

Apartment location, shops nearby, there are several food courts and bars where you can chill your evening with friends and family. There has been some issues with the cleanliness of Balcony but manager Kasia has been really helpful. She took actions and called me direct to make sure we are comfortable. Great apartment close to the original dockyards.

Self contained apartment, no breakfast included. New build so everything pristine, the area was very safe and secure. A massive food hall within a stones throw. Excellent shower and bathroom.

Bedroom two was far too small, this is a result of the installation of a sauna encroaching on this footprint. A total unnecessary addition which will never be used. Totally uncomfortable bedroom especially for mature adults. Also a bit of a walk to the centre of Gdansk as public transport not yet prevelant.

Perfect location, apartment is completely new and modern. The owners replied very quick to everything we needed, overall just great service. I can fully recommend this place.

Double beds are too small, the apartment could be a bit bigger and better divided. The building is ready but some minor details are still missing.

Clean, close to everything, quiet. Good natural light. Be aware you have to pick up your keys elsewhere, which is about a 12-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment was a little light on kitchen items- Nice Tschibo coffeemaker but no coffee, only instant. We bought some in town. Only two dishwasher cubes for three days, no dish soap, no dish towels or dish cleaning cloths. I contacted them regarding this and they immediately brought soap and cubes, but said they had no cloths for the kitchen, only paper towels.

Sehr moderne und stilvolle Einrichtung mit durchdachten Lösungen für Stauraum. Tolles Lichtkonzept. Insgesamt sehr schönes Apartment.

Im Badezimmer fehlen Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Außerdem hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass ein Geschirrtuch und Abwaschlappen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Leider war der Wischmop nicht nutzbar, da nicht vollständig. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Für eine Städtereise perfekte Lage.

Als sehr gut würde ich die Lage bewerten. Mann kommt auch zu Fuß zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Foodhall gleich gegenüber lässt kulinarisch keine Wünsche offen. Das Apartment ist sehr hell, gut aufgeteilt und hat einen schönen Balkon.

Als negativ würde ich die Dusche bewerten, weil sie keine Türe oder Vorhang besitzt. Wenn man etwas länger Duscht setzt man alles unter Wasser. In der Spülmaschine war weder Salz noch Klarspüller, dementsprechend war das Ergebnis. Leider gab es auch kein scharfes Messer um in der ganz netten Küche irgendwas zu schneiden. Bett war extrem weich was aber nur meinen Vorlieben nicht entspricht.

Przestronny, nowoczesny, pięknie urządzony apartament w odległości 10-15min od rynku. W budynku sklep Żabka więc idealnie na szybkie śniadanko lub Montownia z wieloma restauracjami w odległości 2min.

Jedyny minus dla zarządcy czyli Blue Mandarin za małą elastyczność w kwestii wcześniejszego/ późniejszego wyjazdu. Naprawdę dużo podróżuje, ale jeszcze nikt nie zażądał ode mnie opłaty 200zl za wydłużenie doby o 2h, tym bardziej że nie było po nas innych klientów. Brak też informacji o kaucji na etapie składania rezerwacji.

Familie von vier, langes Wochenende sehr genossen

Sehr sauber, räumlich und schön für 4 Personen. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr gute Tiefgarage. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Altstadt in Danzig. Gute Food hall neben bei mit viel Auswahl. Und vier hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

Cena za wysoka

Cena i ogólne wrażenie – raczej słabo. Pierwszą rzeczą, która zwraca uwagę, jest konieczność wpłaty depozytu – rzadko spotykane rozwiązanie, nawet za granicą. Odbiór kluczy odbywa się w recepcji, ale nie na miejscu – trzeba udać się do innego budynku, co może być mało wygodne. Idźcie z postępem i zdalnie zamki można zaprogramować. Parking jest dodatkowo płatny (50 zł za dobę), a bezpłatnych miejsc w okolicy praktycznie nie ma – dostępnych jest jedynie kilka publicznych miejsc. Śniadanie jest bardzo dobre, ale serwowane w zaprzyjaźnionym hotelu „I...”, do którego trzeba dojść pieszo ok. 10 minut. Apartament dla max dwóch osób sprawdza się dobrze – jest czysto, łazienka nowoczesna, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona (choć naczynia są policzone co do sztuki), a łóżko wygodne. Sam apartament jest niewielki, ale przytulny, z ładnym balkonem. Podsumowując: standard apartamentu jest w porządku, ale cena zdecydowanie zbyt wysoka w stosunku do oferowanych warunków.

Alles, schitterend apartement. Ruim modern vrijwel nieuw en in een gezellige omgeving. Uitstekende prive parkeer garage. Op loopafstand van centrum Overdekte foodhall met gevarieerd aanbod eten. Uiterst behulpzaam personeel 10.00 - 18.00h in service buro/receptie in het gebouw.

Badkamer was iets aan de krappe kant door de plaatsing van de wasmachine maar nauwelijks iets om over te vallen
