Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 3 minuty do Motławy, 5-10 min( w zależności od tempa) na starówkę. Prosta droga na dworzec PKP. Na parterze jest Żabka, Lodziarnia ( z sympatyczną obsługą), i knajpka z jedzeniem. Na starówce Biedronka. Kontakt z obsługą dobry i szybki. Apartament czysty, zdjęcia wiernie oddają wygląd.
Telewizor jest kanałów kablowych brak (po zgłoszeniu został wymieniony TV ale myślę że to nie wina TV tylko nie zapłaconego rachunku), słaby odpływ wody w kabinie w wyniku czego woda wylewała się na łazienkę, brak mopa ( choć po zgłoszeniu dostarczono dodatkowe ręczniki do wytarcia podłogi, później dostarczono mopa), brak szufelki i zmiotki, brak klimatyzacji czy wiatraka ( choć po zgłoszeniu został wiatrak dowieziony).

Apartament zgodny z opisem, bardzo ładny i czysty, dokładnie jak na zdjęciach :). Świetne wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego oraz lokalizacja. Bardzo przyjemne miejsce.
Materac jest bardzo cienki i leży w zasadzie na gołej desce, nie dało się na nim spać, więc byłam zmuszona przenieść się na dostawkę (która była wygodniejsza). Telewizor nie działał. Woda pod prysznicem bardzo powoli spływała, więc trzeba było uważać, żeby nie zalać podłogi.
